My name is Lexie-Anne Madden, and I am a senior Biochemistry major with a minor in Molecular Genetics. I am interested in analyzing biomolecular structural dynamics and interactions. Using our home-built CW Raman setup, I have been characterizing a variety of molecular probes in order to better understand how their frequency shifts can report on these changes. At UVM, I am the treasurer of People of Color Outdoors (POCO), an affinity group that provides access to outdoor sports and activities for underrepresented students. In my free time, I love to roller skate, sing, and write music on my flute or ukulele.
